Job Description

• Monitor quality control and safety in architecture, structure, M&E, interior design and landscape.
• Research and develop new innovations and technologies related to quality control and safety.
• Coordinate & support Design, Procurement, Construction, and Marketing & Sales teams
• Work collaboratively with interior Design and Landscape teams in order to meet the project concept and customer needs.
• Oversee project budgets and costs to ensure efficiency based on the action plan.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure that the designs meet construction requirements and project expectations.
• Provide technical advice regarding construction materials and methods.

Qualification

• Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a Real Estate Development company, managing architecture design projects with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• License for Professional Architect will be an advantage.
