Manage and develop E-Commerce strategy and business plan including drive sales growth by generating traffic, maximizing conversion and profitability
Manage all tasks, timetables, budgets, deliverables.
Propose budget and build up development plan, organization, operation and controlling all activities of E-Commerce to achieve sales target and in approved budget
Responsible for content, images, product layout, sales price and programs, homogeneity with the online channel
Keep up to date on current e-commerce trends and opportunities.
Cooperate with related departments to create promotions & programs to achieve revenue and promote branding
Manage, coach E-Commerce team and create procedures for selling on website/App in line with the Company’s policies.
Survey, evaluate and analyze markets and competitors to come up with solutions and action plans to attract customers & optimize business performance.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data
Feature

Direct experience in food supplements business or Healthcare Product is a must
Can do attitude.
English literacy both written & oral
